Last week I was at FFA Camp at the Lake Of the Ozarks, we had a great time! The weather started off hot, then rain and then cool nights the rest of the week. Before I left Wyatt and I had fun in the hot sun! I have a sprinkler to water the grass and thought Wyatt would like to play in it.

Watching the sprinkler and not really liking it. Look at that big gut on Wyatt!

After trying out the sprinkler and freaking out, we were happy to play on the front porch with his chalk. I bought this old table and chairs at a flea market last fall and Wyatt loves it! I hit the Savannah garage sales and bought several cars to play with outside; Wyatt likes to sit at the table and line up all the cars.

Sunday night (6-7-09) there was a big storm that went through Oregon, Savannah and over to
Gallatin where Lake Viking got softball sized hail for 20
minutes! There was also a tornado warning so we headed to our cellar. Wyatt thought it was a blast, but I hate that place! All the spiders and bugs! We always find at least one snake down there, but this time it was frogs. No tornado, no hail damage at our house, but Oregon was not as lucky....

This is the roof of my greenhouse at school. Those large holes are as big as a softball! The whole roof was riddled with hail damage. Many cars in Oregon lost windows or suffered other hail damage. You know its bad when the Weather Channel
Vortex 2 team was broadcasting live from Oregon, MO! There were a bunch of tornado chasers in Holt and Andrew county on Sunday night but the only tornado was over by
Maysville. Here is a news report from a Kansas City station...
