MUD!

MUD, MUD, MUD! The weather has been getting warm enough to allow the topsoil to thaw and become a muddy mess! Underneath the ground has stayed frozen and all the snow melting has no where to go. The 102 River flooded Rosendale again and the Nodaway River was really high earlier this week. Below is a picture of our barns and all the muddy ruts we have been making.

Wyatt is sitting up in the big tub now ans he loves it when I pour a cup of water over his head! He just sputters and smiles and laughs! I can't wait for the summer so I can take him to the pool.
This weekend we had really good weather, until Sunday afternoon when it turned cold and rainy. Early Sunday it was 68 degrees and Wyatt was in his summer wear. He played so hard he fell asleep in this position. You can't see it but his right leg is up toward his head, he is practically doing the splits!
