Wyatt LOVES to be outside (even if it is freezing). Saturday's weather was warm and we hitched up the chore boots and went outside! Wyatt immediately heads for the
Quonset hut because that is where all the action is (cows and tractors).
Fortunately for us, Papa and Uncle Terry left the 4-wheeler up at our place over the weekend. Wyatt already knows how to drive it (sort of) and Derek and I both gave him rides around the yard and farm.
Wyatt loves to go with Derek anywhere. I don't know if it is because his
car seat is in the front of the truck (as opposed to the backseat of my car) or it is some boy-gene that causes an affinity for trucks and farm work. Derek had gotten home and Wyatt "ran" over to the truck and tried to open the door.
Feeling bad he wasn't going anywhere to take Wyatt, Derek took him out in the lot to run water for his cows.
M-I-Z! The Big Monday MU-
KU game was last night (yawn, tired today). MU came away with a win after a pretty good game, not really the first half though. While watching the post-game celebrations, Derek started yelling "There's Ethan, there's Ethan!" One of my past students had made it to the floor and gave Zaire Taylor a high-five! He is wearing the yellow shirt with dark hair. Way to go Big E! Are you wondering how I got this picture? We have
DVR and rewound the game and paused it at this point. I then took pictures with my digital camera so I could email them to his Mom (
Jenita had already gone to bed.) Z-O-U!!!
