We have really been enjoying the awesome weather this summer! We have done a lot of yard work (4 trees were cut down) and I painted and cleaned the bedroom upstairs. So we moved our bedroom upstairs and our old room in now an office. Wyatt loves to be outside and we have a lot of things for him to do....
Who among us didn't have one of these little kiddie plastic pools growing up? I know the inflatable ones at popular now but Woodie the Dog punctures them. I think Wyatt liked the hose the best.

Melanie Acklin was back home caring for the farm while her parents were at the Calgary Stampede. We ran up to visit with her and Wyatt got his first horse ride (which lasted 30 seconds until he freaked out!) Funny sight: Wyatt decided we needed to go to the store, so he put on my crocs, grabbed a grocery sack, was out the door and headed to the car! The kitten was getting in his way and slowing him up. I really need to make sure that back door latches when closed!

I love the pictures of him on the roping dummy!!! He'll have to come back sometime when it isn't so hot and we will try and ride again...
